Finca Delica is a charming family finca located in San Lorenzo, in the northeast of the island, a small village in the municipality of San Juan with a beautiful setting. The house has been lovingly restored over the last three years to restore its former splendor. It is both historic and contemporary; luxurious but rustic; imposing yet laid-back.

In honor of its privileged rural location, «Finca Delica» places great emphasis on sustainability and slow living. Guests are encouraged to retreat, rejuvenate, and honor the finca’s connection to mother nature. To eat from the gardens and bask in the sun. To find peace beneath the sun and stars.

The winding road climbs higher as it meanders through the forest. Native trees cluster under ancient terraces—carob, almond, and orange trees—and their sweet fruits and flowers perfume the misty summer air. Finally, the house, a 300-year-old traditional finca, one of the largest on Ibiza, stands on a 20-acre plot with sweeping views of the island.

The property features nine spacious suites, a series of spectacular outdoor living and dining spaces, a large saltwater pool, wellness areas, and a soundproof cave for parties.

INTERIOR
The interiors are tactile, luxurious, and eclectic, with a nod to the seventies through natural textures, iconic design pieces, and a warm earthy palette. Art and antiques play a central role, influenced by the colorful owners of the finca; a trio of global nomads who have found their home in Ibiza’s countercultural paradise.

Rustic wooden doors open to a spacious living area, where double-height ceilings, one-meter-thick stone walls, and traditional sabina beams—which impart a pine fragrance that permeates the house—remind us of the past. This is the heart of the finca, a living space, a relaxing refuge from the heat of the day.

A huge pine dining table with seating for eighteen people, in cheerful psychedelic chairs, is the ideal spot for family breakfasts or glorious dinners with friends. Fincadelica pays tribute to local artisans of Ibiza, featuring contemporary ceramics alongside traditional Ibizan antiques.

The indoor/outdoor spaces are the heart of Fincadelica, where friends gather to share, make music, and dream. A spectacular multi-level pergola houses numerous spaces for living, dining, and relaxing, all grouped around an ancient Ibizan stone mill.

The upper level of this unique space features a marble bar with full services, a rustic stone pizza oven, and a classic Josper grill. There is a dining table for 16 people, a large Roche Bobois chill-out area, and a backgammon corner for extraordinary entertainment.
